Nitecore NU05 Rechargeable LED Safety Light with Red Light

The Nitecore NU05 Headlamp Mate is a handy safety light you can add to headlamps, packs, straps and wherever your imagination takes you to instantly alert others of your presence. With both white and red outputs and a variety of special modes - you'll find endless ways to use the NU05. The 35 lumen white output can even be used as a primary light in emergency and backup situations.

Five Modes to Choose From
Turn the NU05 on by pressing the single button interface. Press the switch again within 3 seconds to cycle through the following modes: 

• Red Indicator (20 hours)
• Red - Slow Blink (4 lumens / 9 hr)
• Red - Rapid Blink (4 lumens / 9 hr)
• White - Slow Blink (35 lumens 2hr 15 min)
• White - Steady (35 lumens / 2hr 15min)

After three seconds of inactivity, pressing the power button again will put the NU05 in standby.

Built-in USB Charging
Use the included USB charging cable to quickly and conveniently. Plug it into the NU05 and any available USB power source. The red charging indicator light will illuminate while charging and turn green upon completion. Estimated charging time: 2 hours.

Battery Power Indicator
Always know how much power is left with the built-in power indicator. In standby, press and hold the power switch for 1 second. The indicator will blink as follows:​ 

• 3 blinks indicate power is above 50%
• 2 blinks indicate power is below 50%
• 1 blink indicates it is time to recharge the NU05

Lockout Mode
Place the NU05 in lockout to prolong battery life. Press and hold the power button for one second to enter lockout. Press and hold again for three seconds to exit lockout; the red indicator light will slowly blink.
