A general purpose, value added service capable, softshell jacket for law enforcement end-users that can be worn in conjunction with the Patrol Pant AR as a specialty law enforcement uniform.

- Value added service capable allows for the application of common aftermarket embellishments to include Velcro loop patch application, agency patch identification, heat transfer and embroidery applications
